Todd McKinnon is CEO en medeoprichter van Okta, de toonaangevende onafhankelijke Identity-provider die hij in 2009 samen met Frederic Kerrest oprichtte. Onder leiding van Todd heeft Okta de manier waarop miljoenen mensen toegang krijgen tot de digitale wereld ingrijpend veranderd door Identity centraal te zetten in security en de groei van organisaties.

Todds ervaring als leider en technologievisionair strekt zich uit over meer dan 25 jaar en hij heeft stevige wortels in de wereld van enterprisesoftware en cloudtransformatie. Vóór Okta bekleedde hij managementfuncties bij Salesforce en PeopleSoft.

Todd behaalde zijn Bachelor in Management and Information Systems aan de Brigham Young University en zijn Master in Computer Science aan de Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Hij is echtgenoot en vader, pleitbezorger voor gelijkheid en inclusie, veel te vinden in de sportschool en een enthousiast mountainbiker.

Eric Kelleher serves as Okta’s President, Customer Experience and Communications.

In this role, he co-leads the GTM organization and oversees Marketing, Customer First, and Communications. These teams are responsible for building a global trusted brand, helping prospects choose Okta as their identity partner, leading customers to win with Okta, and establishing Okta as the World’s Identity Company.

Eric has spent over 25 years leading SaaS software companies through growth. During his 11 years at Salesforce, he helped write the SaaS playbook for building a successful enterprise subscriber base, and helped grow the business from $50M to $4B. He also spent 2 years at LinkedIn where he established their first Customer Success organization for their Talent Solutions business, growing to $2B. In his 7 years at Okta, he has helped scale revenues from $150M to over $2B.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.

Brett Tighe is the Chief Financial Officer at Okta. He manages the finance, accounting and investor relations teams, and guides strategic investment decisions on hiring and international expansion to drive Okta’s long term growth.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Brett served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of FP&A and Treasury. Prior to Okta, he held various positions in finance at Salesforce.com, most notably as Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy.

Brett has an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Brett enjoys spending time with his family, and when he’s not doing that, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing and golfing.

David Bradbury is the Chief Security Officer at Okta. He oversees security execution, and is responsible for a team navigating the evolving threat landscape to best protect employees and customers. He is also at the forefront of helping Okta’s customers adopt and accelerate Zero Trust security strategies.

Prior to Okta, David was the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Symantec where he oversaw all cyber security and physical security programs. He has an international reputation for leading and delivering cybersecurity at scale. David has worked across the globe from his native Australia to the UK and the US, leading highly regarded security teams at some of the world’s largest banks including ABN AMRO, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.

Jon Addison is Chief Revenue Officer bij Okta. Hij heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in sales management en heeft operationele ervaring op grote schaal opgedaan bij diverse internationale technologie-organisaties.

Jon is verantwoordelijk voor de bevordering van de internationale groei van Okta en kent hierbij prioriteit toe aan het opschalen van de go-to-market-strategie en processen van Okta, het samenstellen van een niet te stuiten salesteam en het leveren van een indrukwekkende customer experience, overal ter wereld.

Jon was vóór Okta werkzaam bij LinkedIn, waar hij onder meer het onderdeel Talent Solutions voor EMEA en LATAM leidde. Hij heeft ook bij Oracle, Finastra, Opentext, Pitney Bowes en CapGemini gewerkt.

Zijn vrije tijd besteedt hij graag aan zijn hobby's: piano spelen, paardenraces en golfen met zijn tienerzonen. Maar langeafstandsrennen is zijn grootste passie: hij heeft al meer dan 10 marathons op zijn naam staan.

Larissa Schwartz is de Chief Legal Officer (CLO) van Okta.Door leiding te geven aan de wereldwijde Legal-, Compliance en Government Affairs-teams levert ze een bijdrage aan de visie van Okta om iedereen in staat stellen elke technologie veilig te gebruiken. Ze kwam in 2015 bij het Legal-team van Okta om de beursgang in goede banen te leiden. Voordat zij aan de slag ging als CLO, zette Larissa al Corporate Governance-, Compliance & Ethics-, Corporate & Securities-, Employment-, Litigation- en Stock Administration-teams op. Ook steunde ze Corporate Development bij hun werkzaamheden op het gebied van fusies en overnames, strategische transacties en Okta Ventures. Ze fungeert ook als strategisch adviseur voor initiatieven binnen de hele organisatie.

Voordat ze bij Okta aan de slag ging, werkte Larissa als Director, Corporate Counsel bij Jazz Pharmaceuticals en als Corporate Associate op het Mountain View-kantoor van Fenwick & West en op de Palo Alto-vestiging van Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett.

Larissa behaalde haar Juris Doctor-titel aan de William S. Richardson-faculteit van de Universiteit van Hawaii en heeft ook een bachelordiploma Chinese taal en cultuur van het Middlebury College, een filosofiemaster in Chinese geschiedenis en een master in Oost-Aziëstudies van Yale University. Ze komt uit de San Francisco Bay Area en buiten haar werk reist en wandelt ze veel en brengt ze graag tijd door met haar gezin.

Kerry Ok is Okta’s Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for Okta’s demand generation, product marketing, brand direction, and overall marketing strategy. Kerry brings with her 20-plus years of experience in Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, and Developer Engagement.

Kerry joined Okta in 2021 through the acquisition of Auth0, where she held the role of CMO and was also a key member of the Go-to-Market Leadership team. Prior to joining Auth0, Kerry held leadership roles in B2B technology at Skytap and F5 Networks.

Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Washington. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her family.

Monty Gray serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Okta, where he drives strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, Okta Ventures, technology partnerships, and oversees Okta for Good, the company’s social impact initiative. With over two decades of enterprise software experience, Monty specializes in strategy, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and product management. 

Before joining Okta, Monty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at SAP, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic growth.  

A Northern California native, Monty holds an MBA from Santa Clara University. He resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Bay Area, and supporting his kids’ sports activities.

Shiven Ramji is the Chief Product Officer, Customer Identity at Okta, where he is responsible for the Customer Identity Cloud product, data, security and technology strategy, and execution. He believes in empowering developers as they are the new creators, decision-makers, tastemakers, and kingmakers. Before joining Okta through the acquisition of Auth0, Shiv served as the SVP of Product at DigitalOcean, where he led DigitalOcean’s products, pricing, and partnerships. Additionally, Shiv has held leadership positions at global brands including Amazon, NBCUniversal, and The Nielsen Company. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching Manchester United games, hiking, and biking to different boroughs in New York City.

Vijay Rao serves as Chief People and Places Officer at Okta, overseeing both global HR and Workplace teams responsible for organizational culture, talent strategy, and employee experience. During his tenure, he led the transformation of the company values, built a high performance culture, and scaled systems and processes supporting Okta’s growth from 2,000 to over 6,000 employees.

Vijay has over 25 years of experience in strategic HR leadership across start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Okta, Vijay drove the strategy and execution of Meta’s Global People Operations function, which expanded from two employees to over 500 during the growth of the overall workforce from 3,000 to 85,000.  Vijay also spent time at Microsoft as a technical product manager leading a 5-year global recruiting system and process transformation.

Vijay is a strengths-based leader and coach leveraging a unique blend of strategic leadership, people and business partnering, and technical skills to drive success. He holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Legal Studies from Brandeis University and an HR certificate from Bentley College. 

Ed Daly serves as Okta’s Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Ed leads Okta’s Customer First organization and guides strategic decisions that impact the customer experience to drive Okta’s long-term growth. The Customer First organization includes Technical Support, Professional Services, Education Services, Renewal Sales, and Customer Success. These teams are responsible for ensuring that customers are successful and realizing value with Okta solutions.

Prior to his role as Chief Customer Officer, Ed served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Renewal Sales. Prior to Okta, he held various positions at Cisco in the Go-To-Market and services organizations, most notably leading Cisco’s Global Customer Success team.

Ed has an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Ed lives with his family in the greater San Francisco area.

Prior to Okta, Shibu served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Veritas Technologies, a leader in multi-cloud data management. He has over 25 years of experience leading global finance teams across North America, Asia and Europe in the technology, software and cloud sectors. Shibu began his career with progressive leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and KPMG. 

Shibu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Shibu is an active volunteer in his community and also in international outreach organizations involved with helping to support under-privileged children. Shibu lives with his family in the Bay Area, California.

Frederic Kerrest is Vice Chairman en medeoprichter van Okta. Hij was tijdens zijn dienstverband Chief Operating Officer van Okta en was daarbij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse activiteiten van Okta; ook werkte hij samen met medewerkers, partners en klanten om de visie van de organisatie om iedereen in staat te stellen om veilig gebruik te maken van alle technologieën. Als belangrijk lid van het management hielp Frederic met het vaststellen van de prioriteiten van de organisatie zodat Okta en zijn klanten zo succesvol mogelijk kunnen zijn. Hij hield toezicht op de strategie van de organisatie, zakelijke ontwikkeling, strategische partnerschappen en de social impact-arm van Okta, Okta for Good.

Vóór Okta was Frederic verantwoordelijk voor sales en business development bij Salesforce.com en voor durfkapitaal bij Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.

Frederic is de auteur van "Zero to IPO’", een WSJ bestseller voor het opzetten van start-ups die is gebaseerd op zijn eigen ervaringen en die van enkele van de meeste succesvolle en bekende ondernemers ter wereld. Het boek is een gevolg van zijn bekroonde podcast met dezelfde naam waarin oprichters, investeerders en ondernemers uit Silicon Valley praten over hun ervaringen met het oprichten van een onderneming. Hij adviseert beginnende softwareondernemingen en is lid van het MIT Corporation Visiting Committee voor de Sloan School of Management.

Frederic heeft een Bachelor of Science-diploma computerwetenschap van Stanford University en een MBA in ondernemerschap en innovatie van de MIT Sloan School of Management, waar hij in 2008 de MIT Patrick J. McGovern, Jr. Entrepreneurship Award ontving.

Shellye Archambeau is de voormalige Chief Executive Officer van MetricStream, Inc., toonaangevend leverancier van oplossingen voor governance-, risico-, compliance- en kwaliteitsbeheer voor organisaties in diverse sectoren. Zij bekleedde deze functie van 2002 tot 2018. Daarvoor was Shellye Archambeau Chief Marketing Officer en Executive Vice President Sales voor Loudcloud, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer bij NorthPoint Communications en President van de e-commercedivisie van Blockbuster Inc. Vóór Blockbuster bekleedde ze tijdens haar 15-jarig verblijf bij IBM als executive diverse binnenlandse en internationale posities. Shellye Archambeau is sinds 2015 bestuurslid bij Nordstrom, Inc., sinds december 2013 bij Verizon, Inc., sinds april 2018 bij Roper Technologies en sinds de afgelopen vijf jaar bij Arbitron, Inc.

Mr. Bates serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genesys Cloud Services, Inc., where he has worked since May 2019 leading the company’s strategy, direction, and operations in more than 100 countries and overseeing a global team of more than 6,000 employees. 

Previously, Mr. Bates served as the Vice Chairman of the Board  of Social Capital LP from 2017 to 2019 and CEO of Growth Equity of Social Capital from 2018-2019, President of GoPro Inc. from 2014 to 2016, and CEO of Skype Inc. from October 2010 to May 2011. While at Skype, he was responsible for expanding the business to over 170 million connected users. Once Skype was acquired by Microsoft, he became President where he was responsible for unified communications before serving as Executive Vice President of business development and developers from May 2011 to March 2014. Prior to Skype, Mr. Bates served as Senior Vice President at Cisco from May 1996 to September 2010 where he led Cisco’s Service Provider business, growing its enterprise and commercial division to more than $20 billion in annual revenue.

A passionate technologist at heart, Mr. Bates began his career in network operations and internet infrastructure, teaching himself to code as a network operator at the University London Computer Centre (ULCC) and quickly gaining the business acumen to advance into trusted executive roles at some of the world’s most respected global SaaS companies.

Mr. Bates also served as a member of the board of directors at VMWare, eBay, GoPro and SiriusXM.

Emilie Choi joined our board in August 2022. She has served as President of Coinbase Global, since November 2020, and as Chief Operating Officer since June 2019. At Coinbase, Emilie served as Vice President of Business, Data and International from March 2018 to June 2019. She also served on  the board of directors of ZipRecruiter, from November 2018 to August 2022, and Naspers Limited and Prosus N.V., a subsidiary of Naspers Limited, from April 2017 to August 2021.

Previously, Emilie served as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at LinkedIn, and following its acquisition in December 2016, a subsidiary of Microsoft. Prior to LinkedIn, Emilie held leadership roles in corporate development, strategy, and operations at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. from August 2007 to December 2009. She also worked in corporate development and strategy at Yahoo! Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and began her career as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Emilie holds a B.A. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert L. Dixon is sinds december 2016 eigenaar van The RD Factor, Inc., een adviesbureau op het gebied van digitale en informatietechnologie. Robert Dixon bekleedde van november 2007 tot april 2016 de functie van Global Chief Information Officer en Senior Vice President bij PepsiCo, Inc., een multinational op het gebied van voedingsmiddelen en dranken, en de functie van Senior Vice President tot december 2016. Voordat hij in dienst trad bij PepsiCo, Inc., bekleedde Robert Dixon sinds 1977 diverse topfuncties bij The Procter & Gamble Company, een multinational die consumentenproducten maakt en verkoopt, waaronder Vice President of Global Business Services van 2005 tot 2007. Robert Dixon zit sinds juli 2011 in de raad van bestuur van Anthem, Inc., een aanbieder van ziektekostenverzekeringen in de Verenigde Staten, en sinds februari 2018 in de raad van bestuur van Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., een Amerikaanse retailer die teddyberen en andere knuffels verkoopt. Robert Dixon is een Trustee voor The Georgia Institute of Technology en is lid van de President’s Advisory Board, het College of Engineering Advisory Board en het College of Computing Advisory Board. Epstein is Operating Partner bij Bessemer Venture Partners, waar hij in november 2011 aan de slag ging. Vanaf april 2019 werkte hij als Co-Chief Executive Officer en Chief Financial Officer bij Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation.

Van september 2008 tot april 2011 was hij Executive Vice President en Chief Financial Officer bij Oracle, een van 's werelds grootste en meest winstgevende technologie-organisaties. Vóór Oracle werkte hij als Chief Financial Officer bij verschillende publieke en private organisaties. Epstein is momenteel bestuurslid van Twilio, een cloudcommunicatieplatform, en Poshmark, een social commerce-marktplaats.

Epstein heeft een Bachelor of Arts behaald aan Yale University en een Masters in Business Administration aan Stanford University.

Ben Horowitz is medeoprichter en partner van durfkapitaalfirma Andreessen Horowitz en is de aan de The New York Times verbonden auteur van de bestseller The Hard Thing About Hard Things, die inmiddels in meer dan 16 talen verkrijgbaar is. Vóór Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) was Ben medeoprichter en CEO van Opsware (voorheen Loudcloud), dat in 2007 voor USD 1,6 miljard werd overgenomen door HP, en werd hij benoemd tot vice-president en algemeen manager Business Technology Optimization for Software bij HP. Daarvoor was hij vice-president en algemeen manager van de E-commerce Platform-divisie van America Online, waar hij leiding gaf aan het speerpuntproject Shop@AOL van de organisatie. Eerder leidde Ben verschillende productdivisies bij Netscape Communications. Hij was ook vice-president van Netscape's veelgeprezen productlijn Directory and Security. Voordat hij in juli 1995 in dienst trad bij Netscape, bekleedde hij verschillende seniorfuncties op marketinggebied bij Lotus Development Corporation.

Ben behaalde een BA in Computer Science aan de Columbia University en een MS in Computer Science aan UCLA. Becky Saeger was van 2004 tot 2011 Executive Vice President bij Charles Schwab en bekleedde daar tot voor kort de functie van Chief Marketing Officer. Vóór Charles Schwab was zij Executive Vice President, Marketing bij Visa U.S.A. Voordat ze in dienst trad bij Visa was Becky Saeger Senior Vice President en hoofd van de afdeling Account Management bij Foote, Cone & Belding en Senior Vice President bij Ogilvy & Mather. Becky Saeger is bestuurslid van de E*TRADE Financial Corporation en de E*TRADE Bank. Zij is bovendien adviseur van Yext, een toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van digitaal kennismanagement. Zij zat in de raad van bestuur bij Turn, een toonaangevend bedrijf in advertentietechnlogie, en was voorzitter van de Associatieraad van National Advertisers (ANA). Zij heeft een BA van het Muhlenberg College en een MBA van de Wharton School aan de University of Pennsylvania. Becky Saeger neemt naar de Raad van bestuur van Okta waardevolle expertise mee op het gebied van consumenten- en B2B-marketing, strategische planning en brand development.

Mike Stankey is vice-voorzitter bij Workday, waar hij voorheen de positie had van President en Chief Operating Officer van 2009 tot juni 2015. Naast deze functie bij Workday is Mike bestuurslid van Code42 Software en Cloudera. Van 2007 tot 2009 was Mike operating partner bij Greylock en van 2001 tot 2007 was hij voorzitter en CEO bij PolyServe.

Mike behaalde zijn BBA aan de University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
