The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) at the State of Illinois was created to modernize IT systems across state agencies with employees and residents in mind. The team took a Zero Trust approach to security, working with Okta to unify identity and access management to free up the team to focus on resident and employee experiences. Okta brings standardization, scale, and interoperability to the state’s hybrid infrastructure.
