Gartner Names Okta Customers’ Choice for Identity Governance and Administration

In my role at Okta, I work closely with our customer advocates to ensure they are receiving real value from their subscriptions. One of our key measures of success is whether customers grow with us, become fans of Okta, and go on to recommend us to their peers.

I’m therefore very proud to share that Okta was recently recognised by Gartner as Customers’ Choice in their May 2021 Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Identity Governance and Administration report. This Customers’ Choice distinction recognises Okta across all evaluated categories in the Gartner report, which you can read here.  

Gartner’s report evaluates vendors in specific market segments and is based on feedback posted by customers in the Gartner reviews portal, Peer Insights. In the IGA segment, based on 113 reviews of our Lifecycle Management product (as of March 2021), Okta earned the highest score for overall rating amongst the Customers’ Choice recipients. This is an exciting recognition by our customers of the value Okta brings to their automation and identity governance initiatives.
