Terms of Use for Okta Content

The download or use of any Okta, Inc. (“Okta”) logos, names, trade names, service marks, trademarks, press kits, photographs, leadership team biographies, auras, media assets, or other similar content made available by Okta via the URL set forth below (collectively, “Okta Content”) by any person or entity (“You” or “Your”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”):

1. You may use the Okta Content only as it is provided by Okta at https://www.okta.com/press-room/media-assets/. You shall not modify or alter the Okta Content in any way.

2. Okta Content is the exclusive property of Okta and/or its licensor(s). You hereby acknowledge and agree that Okta and/or licensor(s) own(s) all right, title and interest in the Okta Content, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, service mark, trade dress, and other applicable worldwide intellectual property rights. You further agree not to contest the validity of Okta’s and/or its licensors’ rights in the Okta Content.

3. You acknowledge that the Okta Content is being provided to You on an "AS IS" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind.

4. You shall not use the Okta Content in connection with any activity that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, disparages Okta or its products or services (as determined solely by Okta), that in any way infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, or is otherwise unlawful. You will indemnify and hold Okta harmless against any and all claims, actions, or demands relating to Your use of the Okta Content.

5. Okta may immediately suspend or terminate Your right to use the Okta Content for: (a) Your violation of this Terms of Use, (b) Your violation any terms and conditions governing Your use of Okta’s services, or (c) for any other reason that Okta deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon such suspension or termination, You shall immediately cease use of the Okta Content.

6. You recognize and acknowledge that Your breach of these Terms of Use may cause Okta irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate. You agree that Okta shall be entitled to seek an injunction to restrain You from such breach or threatened breach. Nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing Okta from pursuing any remedy at law or in equity for any breach or threatened breach of these Terms of Use.

7. You may not use the Okta Content in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Okta without an express written permission and license from Okta.

8. Okta reserves the right to modify: (a) the Okta Content and (b) these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice to you.
