The complex web of users and apps at a large scale that makes up the higher education IT ecosystem makes identity and access management for institutions challenging, costly and time-consuming. To better understand the unique IAM landscape of these organizations, we set out to learn more about the priorities, initiatives and challenges that are top-ofmind for those charged with managing the myriad of identities within their higher education institutions. These are their stories.
Methodology & Participants
SURVEY - COMPANY SIZE
This data was collected via 102 participants in the Higher Education industry. Companies in this survey range from below 50 employees to over 1,000.
SURVEY - ROLES
The participants included decision makers in Information Technology within the Higher Education industry. In particular users were Director-level or above. A distribution is available below.
