The process: how does it work?

Okta Certifications are an enriching and rewarding experience to have at Oktane.
  • When you register for Oktane, please select up to three different sessions (each is a three-hour block) and register for them.
    • Some exams have a prerequisite certification requirement.
      • Tuesday:  9 AM - 12 PM & 1 - 4 PM
      • Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM (during lunch) & 2:30 - 5:30 PM
      • Thursday: 8 AM - 11 AM
  • Select one exam* per session.
    • You cannot take multiple exams in one session.
  • You will be given a free premier practice test for each exam.
  • Preparation details for each exam can be found in these study guides.
    • If you pass three certification exams, you'll get a free exam voucher to take a fourth, post-Oktane.

1) Okta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration Exam for OIE
2) Okta Certified Administrator Hands-On Configuration Exam
3) Okta Certified Consultant Hands-On Configuration Exam
4) Okta Developer Certification Exam
5) Okta Developer - Customer Identity Cloud Certification Exam
6) Okta Certified Workflows - Specialty Certification Exam
7) Okta Certified Access Gateway - Specialty Certification Exam

Note: The Okta Certified Technical Architect exam, Maintenance exams, and Standard Practice exams will not be offered at Oktane. While access to Premier Practice exams will be provided for preparation before Oktane, Premier Practice exams will not be offered during the Oktane testing sessions.
