The Executive APJ program will work with the SVP APJ and cross functional leadership team on a range of strategic initiatives to drive Okta’s growth across the region, develop our teams and progress our culture. You will have a high level of visibility and will work cross-functionally throughout the company operating with a high degree of confidentiality. You will also play an active role in both leading and facilitating key business and forums and meetings.
Responsibilities Include
- Interfacing and collaborating with key go-to-market functions such as sales, presales, customer first, marketing etc.
- Coordinating cross functional growth initiatives focused on:
- Growing Okta’s install base and introduction of new products (NPI)
- Focused new business acquisition
- Accelerating our partner first strategy
- Accelerating our localisation strategy
- Engaging with Okta’s enablement team to provide real-time inputs of needs of the field
- Lead coordination of APJ all hands, executive visit and sales recognition programs
- Leading APJ cross functional QBRs, SKO programs and team meetings
- Engaging with global teams to represent APJ needs and view in key forums
- Regular engagement with CRO and CCO chiefs of staff and global PMO teams
- Contribute ideas and perspective to annual business planning process
- Be a contributor to our ERGs and APJ culture programs
Your qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management or business operations working with senior-level executives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Zoom
- Experience with Asana preferable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability travel 20% of the time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
