The Partner Enablement team
The Partner Enablement team at Okta serves the learning needs of the Partner ecosystem and Internal Field Sales Team.
The GSI Enablement Manager opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Enablement, this role will join our growing Global Partner Enablement team, with a dedicated focus on supporting our Global System Integrator (GSI) accounts. This role is essential in enabling our GSI partners to effectively position and implement Okta’s solutions to drive mutual success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including alliances, sales, product marketing, and training, to design and deliver enablement programs tailored to the unique needs of GSI partners.
*This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute a GSI enablement strategy aligned with Okta’s partner-first vision, ensuring GSIs have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed
- Collaborate with Partner Alliances, Product Marketing, Pre-sales, and Post-sales teams to create and deliver tailored enablement content, including playbooks, training modules, and certification programs
- Partner with GSI Account Managers to identify enablement gaps and design solutions to address skill development, product knowledge, and go-to-market alignment
- Drive adoption of enablement initiatives by engaging with GSI partner leaders and stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine programs for maximum impact
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, GSI-specific challenges, and partner enablement best practices to continuously enhance Okta’s partner enablement offerings
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions to deliver enablement content in an engaging and impactful manner
- Advocate for GSI partner needs within Okta, ensuring their voices are represented in enablement planning and execution
What you’ll bring to the role & what we’re looking for
- 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field, with a focus on partner enablement or GSI accounts
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, specifically the role of GSIs in delivering technology solutions
- Proven ability to develop and execute enablement programs that drive measurable results
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering content to diverse audiences
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Additional experience that we value
- Familiarity with identity and access management or SaaS technologies

- Language skills - French, German, Japanese, Korean

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$114,000—$172,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee!
