Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Data Quality & Tools Manager to oversee the management of our sales tools and data integrity across multiple systems. This individual will be responsible for leading the administration of key sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, People.ai, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and driving data quality initiatives within Salesforce. The manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales performance and ensuring that data across our CRM is accurate, complete, and compliant with best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Tools Administration & Optimization:
  • Lead and manage the administration of sales tools including Salesforce, Zoominfo, People.ai, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Ensure proper tool integration, smooth day-to-day operations, and user adoption across teams.

  • Work with IT and vendors to resolve any tool-related issues and stay up-to-date with vendor updates and feature releases.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams to maximize tool utilization and effectiveness.

  1. Territory Management in Salesforce (ETM):
  • Oversee the administration of Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) within Salesforce, ensuring that territories are assigned and aligned with external systems.

  • Lead territory realignment, updates, and any necessary system configurations.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure territory management processes align with business strategies.

  1. Data Quality & Governance:
  • Lead data quality initiatives within Salesforce to maintain the integrity of CRM data.

  • Oversee regular data audits, including deduplication, data enrichment, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, OFAC).

  • Provide data insights through basic reporting and maintain high standards of data cleanliness and completeness.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize tools, systems, and data management processes.

  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and queries related to sales tools, data issues, or territory management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless operations.

  1. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Generate and analyze reports related to tool usage, data integrity, territory performance, and sales effectiveness.

  • Use insights from data to recommend improvements to sales processes, tool utilization, and territory management.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools/technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  1. Team Management & Mentorship:
  • Oversee a team focused on sales tools and data quality.

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, ETM) and data quality management.

  • Hands-on experience with key sales tools such as Zoominfo, People.ai, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including tools like Excel, Salesforce reporting, and data manipulation tools (e.g., DemandTools, Dataloader).

  • Experience with CRM system maintenance, user activity audits, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Anaplan, or Power BI.

  • Experience with data query languages (SQL, SOQL).

  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Dun & Bradstreet, 6sense, and HG Insights.
