Our Product Marketing team is in charge of telling the world about Auth0.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Manager, Product Marketing, this role will drive the business and go to market to support the rapid growth of the Auth0 Identity Platform. This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features, enabling the field, and partnering with corporate marketing to target the right buyers and influencers.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement use case and product messaging and positioning for Auth0, focusing on consumer app and security use cases and working cross-functionally to execute.
- Champion product positioning, strategic technology and channel partner engagement, developer engagement, validate market messaging and evangelize your product offerings both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Customer Identity market space, products, and service offerings, including overall value proposition, features, functionality, and the relevant verticals and use cases.
- Partner closely with Product Management to ensure Auth0 delivers on end-to-end scenarios that meet customer needs and to execute well-received product/feature launches.
- Develop tools and training to support the full sales cycle. This includes product demonstrations, sales training, technical content, and competitive intelligence delivered to the field and marketing organizations.
- Deliver key messages that enable Marketing teams to execute relevant digital and event-based campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate on plans and build support content for state-of-the-art digital and field-based demand generation programs that result in a pipeline for the sales organization.
- Lead customer advisory boards, user groups, and other customer engagements
What you’ll bring to the role
- 3+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience for an enterprise-focused software, SaaS, or web services company.
- Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers within enterprises.
- Proven track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills, can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive programs from initiation to success.
- Experience conducting customer interviews and being the “voice of the customer”
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
- Familiarity with Auth0 or Okta technology or Identity and Access Management
- Comfortable marketing to mix of developer, executive, and technical audiences

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
