The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist Opportunity

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead. The RevOps team is tasked with reviewing contracts with customers and partners, ensuring the accuracy of metrics and proper booking within the sales and financial systems. Collaborate with various departments such as quoting, orders, licensing, invoicing, and other related areas, working cross-functionally to implement new products, packaging, licensing, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role will cover PST hours.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Process standard and non-standard bookings in compliance with company booking policies.  This includes reviewing contracts, verifying key metrics, and creating and validating sales overs with minimal oversight.
  • Provide Tier 2 case support for inquiries from sales and deal desk, including validation of metrics, general questions, bookings or billing issues, contract language reviews and troubleshooting errors.
  • Assist the team in managing queries and concerns, fostering a supportive environment
  • Escalate as needed. Monitor case queue throughout the day for timely response.
  •  Perform UAT Testing and participate in other project related tasks as a subject matter expert.
  • Prepare Reconciliations as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Revenue Operations processes to provide support and guidance to the team.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base to support the team’s operational needs.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and manage projects as needed to support business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate job experience
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, quote to cash.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite 
  • Solid understanding of order management, billing and provisioning systems, including upstream and downstream impact/activity
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct  supervision
