About the Role

The Program Analyst for the Executive Sponsorship Program (ESP) will support Okta's growth by empowering our Customer Success (CS) team to excel in their roles, facilitating connections between Okta executives and top-priority accounts, and collaborating with CS leadership to capitalize on strategic opportunities. 

As a Program Analyst, you will have a measurable impact on both our customers and team by engaging with various cross-functional groups within Okta, including Marketing, Business Technology, Business Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. You will enhance our enablement for Customer Success and Executives regarding the Executive Sponsorship Program by optimizing content and designing tailored learning journeys, thereby maximizing customer success and value.

Job Description:

  • Analyze data and identify trends related to ESP, providing actionable insights to enhance the CSM/Exec experience.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to build customer empathy and develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Track key performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to visualize trends and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain training materials and Highspot content for the Customer Success team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information & resources regarding ESP.
  • Analyze data and identify trends related to ESP, providing actionable insights to enhance the CSM/Exec experience.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Plan and facilitate executive sponsor fireside chats, creating a platform for peer learning, knowledge sharing, and best practice exchange among executive sponsors.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline processes, enhance data analysis capabilities, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop a database of persona based insights for executive personas at our customers. Okta executives will access this resource to keep current on their aligned persona’s top of mind.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (e.g., Slides, Docs, Sheets) for creating and managing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Skilled in creating and utilizing Pivot Tables to summarize, analyze, and organize large datasets for deeper insights.
  • Experienced in building dynamic charts and graphs to visually represent data trends and facilitate better decision-making.
  • Able to create dashboards using Google Sheets, integrating multiple data sources for comprehensive reporting.
  • Demonstrate commitment to operational excellence and and continuous improvement to build insights and recommendations.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn; innate curiosity.
