Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant - APJ - 12-Month Contract

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Sourcing Consultant to support the growing needs of our Talent Acquisition team in APJ.  You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for business-critical roles, utilising advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn and social recruiting, to identify & convert potential candidates.

You will engage passive candidates through personalised outreach via email, phone, messaging platforms and social media to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. You will also promote diversity and inclusion within our talent pools.

You will partner with the T.A. team and hiring managers to understand role requirements, embedding yourself into the process to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and share any intelligence gathered from your outreach campaigns. 

You will have an understanding of the latest sourcing tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), CRM platforms, and AI-driven sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter & HireEZ preferred). You are versed in using data to track sourcing metrics, measure success, and optimise sourcing strategies accordingly 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition sourcing, with a track record of successfully identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates for business-critical roles across tech and non-tech business units.
  • You must possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to shifting business-critical priorities, offering flexibility in managing multiple searches.
