Okta is seeking a Program Manager, Inclusion, and Belonging to drive this mission forward. Reporting to the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB), you will be responsible for managing the DIB’s cross-functional partnerships within Okta, developing and executing DIB’s internal and external brand and partnering with the DIB team and People Operations to gather and report on data and updates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the People Analytics, DIB team members, and other stakeholders to gather and report on DIB data for internal and external commitments and surveys
  • Prepare presentations and materials tailored for executive audiences
  • Facilitate discussions related to the DIB program, leveraging knowledge of current research and data to offer actionable recommendations. 
  • Drive integration of DIB into the business in partnership with our People Business Partners 
  • Align work to the enterprise DIB strategy, ensuring the right metrics are in place to track and manage priorities, outcomes, risks, etc.
  • Create and distribute resources to help the business understand how to embed DIB into their work.
  • Partner with stakeholders within the People & Places team  to drive equity and inclusion in and throughout our policies and processes
  • Communicate timely updates on projects, systems, and events, ensuring they stay on track, on deadline, and budget, adjusting if/when necessary.
  • Provide updates to customers and key stakeholders around our supplier diversity efforts. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identifying and reporting trends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Must be methodical, analytical, and well-organized
  • Excellent time management skills

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$119,000$179,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $148,000$222,000 USD
