Legal Operations Team

In this position you will play a key role in supporting the Legal Team at a high-growth, publicly-traded enterprise software company. In this role you will be responsible for managing and implementing high-level legal program initiatives. In this important role you will be responsible for project coordination and delegation as well as providing the overall strategy for executing Legal Team projects.
Legal Program Manager
Okta is looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about enabling the success of others and who is excited about the opportunity to increase productivity by ensuring program success for the Legal Team.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive the program strategy for the Legal Team and manage the implementation and maintenance of program initiatives.
- Oversee multiple project teams and ensure program goals and objectives are met.
- Ensure programs are aligned with company and Legal Team goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project scope, deliverables, resource needs, milestones, and timeline.
- Create metrics to determine program success and improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with various program stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressed.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Identify, evaluate, and overcome program risks and identify opportunities.
- Develop program updates and reports for program stakeholders and Legal Team leadership.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in program management.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and stakeholders and an ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, and time management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive work style.
- Experience using standard project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.
- Ability to set goals, drive accountability, and create metrics to determine program success.
- Experience supporting a Legal team preferred.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:$72,000—$108,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employee!
