She is currently leading strategic programs tied to employee listening, talent management, and coaching to enhance the employee journey. Sarah plays an active part in the Women at Okta ERG as co-lead and is highly involved with efforts of building balanced teams and promoting gender equality in the workplace through diverse recruiting efforts, brand awareness, and promoting women in leadership programs.
