Joe Castellanos is a Group Product Manager at Okta leading scalability. Joe is responsible for ensuring Okta can scale to the needs of the world's largest organizations. Prior to Okta, Joe worked at Salesforce where he was a Senior Manager of Product Management leading a new product initiative in Identity. Joe also worked at Microsoft where he was a founding PM of the Identity Governance & Administration team where he drove two new services from ideation to launch. When not leading scalability, Joe likes to play & watch sports, fishing, and is an avid fan of Hawaiian shirts.
