Ed Daly
Ed Daly serves as Okta’s Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Ed leads Okta’s Customer First organization and guides strategic decisions that impact the customer experience to drive Okta’s long-term growth. The Customer First organization includes Technical Support, Professional Services, Education Services, Renewal Sales, and Customer Success. These teams are responsible for ensuring that customers are successful and realizing value with Okta solutions.
Prior to his role as Chief Customer Officer, Ed served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Renewal Sales. Prior to Okta, he held various positions at Cisco in the Go-To-Market and services organizations, most notably leading Cisco’s Global Customer Success team.
Ed has an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Ed lives with his family in the greater San Francisco area.
