A strong advocate for women in technology, she leads Okta's Women in Technology committee, spearheading initiatives like tech talks and fireside chats to support their advancement. Outside of work, Dipti finds joy in evening walks with audiobooks and values the time spent with her husband and son, embracing the warmth of family life.
