As Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Alyssa Smrekar leads Okta's customer marketing, corporate events, web and global advertising teams. She's passionate about highlighting our customer journeys and effusively telling the Okta story across our web properties, via worldwide advertising campaigns and through our event portfolio including Okta's annual customer conference, Oktane.

Prior to Okta, Alyssa managed demand generation and field marketing programs at VMware, SpringSource, VerticalResponse and BlueBird Marketing. Alyssa graduated from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) and currently lives in San Francisco.
