Separation of Duties in Okta Identity Governance helps ensure that users don’t accumulate conflicting access permissions that could introduce security risks or compliance violations. Enforcing Separation of Duties policies based on pre-defined business rules helps organizations prevent fraud, maintain regulatory compliance, and reduce the risk of insider threats.

Okta Identity Governance for US Public Sector — Audit-Ready for Okta for U.S. Military (Q2 2025) and for Okta for Government High (Q3 2025)

We are proud to announce new additions to Okta’s compliance portfolio for the U.S. Public Sector. Okta Identity Governance is expected to be audit-ready in Q2 2025 for the Okta for U.S. Military (Department of Defense Impact Level 4) environment. Okta Identity Governance is also expected to be audit-ready for our Okta for Government High (FedRAMP High) environment later this year.
