Okta Workflows joins the Okta Developer Forum
For years, Okta Workflows has had a thriving community of customers who have built flows and connectors for their orgs, solving simple and complex IT and security use cases at scale. We often see customers facing the same challenges and eagerly building their own solutions, workflows, and connectors, which spurs new innovation. The Workflows Template catalog has over 90 out-of-the-box solutions for top use cases and provides helpful guidance for customers building new flows. But for the use cases they don’t solve, our customers have built ingenious new templates to solve some of their businesses’ biggest challenges.
For flowgrammers, being able to share what they’ve built and seek advice and help from each other is key to continued innovation, new ideas, and learning from each other by asking questions and sharing success stories from peer-to-peer. To better serve the Workflows community and prevent customers from having to reinvent the wheel on a use case that another customer may have created a flowpack for, we’re thrilled to announce that Workflows is now part of the Okta Developer Forum.
About the Okta Developer Forum
Joining the community is simple! Customers can log in or create an account to begin posting and asking about all things Workflows.
- Share new flows with the community: Create a post within the Template subcategory and upload your flowpack.
- Comment on and discuss other customers’ posts: Upvote questions you find to be most useful or ask questions about building flows and receive helpful tips from people in the community and at Okta.
- Easily search and bookmark: Search through posts from internal teams at Okta, like Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Support, who will post their own templates and bookmark what you want to revisit later.
The new community will offer customers a more complete self-service experience and a unified experience for Okta’s other integration types. This new forum will help members discover new ideas and quickly solve existing use cases together. We can’t wait to see how Flowgrammers leverage community-shared flowpacks and templates to streamline their processes.
