It didn’t take long for Phil Potloff, CIO at Edmunds.com, to recognize the difficulty employees had trying to remember dozens of passwords from multiple devices. Phil and the Edmunds.com IT team realized the company needed an effective way to manage user accounts and service requests for these apps, so it turned to Okta.
